Location of Esker Hills
Esker Hills Golf Club is located just off the N80 road from Tullamore to Clara.
We are located approximately 8 minutes drive from the centre of Tullamore and just over an hour from Dublin, Galway and Limerick and only 45 minutes from the K Club, venue of the 2006 Ryder Cup.
This ideal central location offers a choice of 18 superb holes designed by Christy O' Connor Jnr.

| Directions from Portlaoise: |
Take the N80 to Mountmellick. In Mountmellick take a left at the first T junction towards Tullamore. Drive through Killeagh. On reaching Tullamore go straight at the first lights. After the Tullamore Courttake a left at a small r’about. Take a right at the next traffic lights. Go left at the next two r’abouts. At the third r’about take the first exit. Drive along a narrow road for about 1km, you will see Esker Hills signposted to the right. The golf course is located on the right.

| Directions from Dublin: |
Take the N4/M4 westbound from the M50. At Kinnegad take a left onto the N6. Drive through Milltownpass, Rochefordbridge and Tyrellspass. In Kilbeggan take a left onto the N52. On reaching Tullamore take right a Centra shop, at 1st r’about take a right drive out this Clara road 5.5km. Take a left at a car sales garage and drive along a twisty road for about 1.5km and the course is located on the left.

| Directions from Athlone/Galway: |
Take the N6 eastbound through Ballinasloe. Take the Athlone bypass, continue through Fardrum, after Moate take a right onto the N80. Drive through Moate. Take a right off this road (Esker Hills is signposted) Drive along this narrow road for approximately 1.5km and Esker Hills GC is located on the left.
